Just in time for Valentine’s Day, AT&T and Sony Ericsson have announced a new girly version of the W580i Walkman phone.
AT&T first introduced this device back in October. Let’s recap the features really quick: 2.0 megapixel camera with 4x zoom, Walkman player 2.0 with Shake Control, 12MB memory, 512MB card inside the box, FM Radio with RDS, 20 hours of music playback, speakerphone.
AT&T is selling the pink Sony Ericsson W580i for $80 with a new 2-year contract.
In order to upgrade you will need to have a jailbroken 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 iPhone and a PC or Mac. Be sure to back up anything you might have on your phone before you begin updating.

The device allows users to combine multiple videos add visual and sound effects and upload them to YouTube, Google, Yahoo or Shozu.
The Motorola Z10 is running Symbian and it features a 2.2″ QVGA 16m color TFT screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 30 frames per second video capture, HSDPA and 3.5G technology, Media player and a microSD card slot that will run future 32GB memory cards
Motorola will start shipping the Z10 and the previously announced ROKR E8 in Q1 2008. Price was not disclosed.
Probably the most important feature of this handset is the ModeShift technology, which allows users to switch the ROKR’s controls from music player to phone or to an imaging device. Check out the pictures below.

This well designed handset comes equipped with a 1.9 inches comes equipped with a 262k color (176×220 pixels) TFT, an OLED monochrome (128×36 pixels) external display and a 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom. Unfortunately there’s no free card included with this thing, so unless you buy an M2 card, you’ll just have to live with the 12MB of internal memory.
Other features include a media player, stereo Bluetooth with A2DP, FM radio and a Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot.

The second phone announced today by Sony Ericsson at CES 2008 in Las Vegas was yet another W350 Walkman phone.
At only 10mm thin thick, the W350 flip phone features a 1.9 inches, 128×160 pixels, 262k color TFT display, Walkman player, 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, Memory Stick Micro card slot with 512MB card included in the box, FM radio and Bluetooth.
Sony Ericsson will start shipping the W350 in the second quarter of 2008.

This tri-band HSDPA handset isn’t just your average Walkman phone, but it’s also a gaming device as it comes preloaded with Need for Speed ProStreet.

Wistron, a Chinese design house, showed off their latest GW4 smartphone, which is capable of running the new Google Android. When it was showcased, the GW4 was running a version of MontaVista Linux 2.6, but according to a Wistron spokesperson, it will be Android ready by March.
The GW4 is a tri-band GSM smartphone equipped with a 2.5-inch, 320×240 touch screen, a 2.0 megapixel camera, TI OMAP 1710 chipset with a 216-MHz processor and 64 MB of memory. The only way to get on the net is with the built-in 802.11g Wi-Fi or using GPRS. Decisions, decisions.

Looks like Verizon is getting ready for Valentine’s Day next month. The company will be launching a pink version of the BlackBerry Pearl 8130.
The manly version of the Pearl was first announced by Verizon in October along with two other handsets.
