Well Samsung has confirmed that they are in the process or developing a smartphone using the NVIDIA Tegra Processor. Well knowing that Samsung is the manufacturer it is safe to say that the NVIDIA Smartphone will boast a touchscreen display with Samsung’s TouchWiz.
