Acer announced its new beTouch E400 smartphone, an Android 2.1 (Eclair) powered device. The beTouch E400, powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor, sports WiFi connectivity, a 3.2-inch HVGA touch screen display, a 3.2 megapixel camera with geo-tagging, and Facebook integration. The phone also features Acer Lighting Behavior, which lets you customize the LED to blink a different color depending on a new alert or message you may have received.

The E110 is an entry level Android phone. This is a small cute device that is a non-OHA compliant device. It did not receive certification from Google because it doesn’t feature a compasss. The specs of the E110 are near the bottom for an Android phone. It features a ST Ericsson 416 MHz CPU, 2.8 inch resistive touch screen, 256 MB ROM and 256 MB RAM, and is powered by Android 1.5. Since the beTouch E110 lacks the Android Market, Acer has preloaded several popular apps like Facebook and Twidroid.

The Acer Tempo F900 has trounced the smartphone scene, bringing with it a massive 3.8″ WVGA (480×800 pixels) resolution touchscreen display. The Tempo F900 is powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, with a custom Acer-developer widget-based user interface.
The Tempo F900 also sports a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, in addition to a secondary front-facing VGA-resolution camera, for video calling, where supported. WiFi is also on board, as well as HSPA for high-speed data.

The Acer E200 which is the most advanced of the group features a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen, a 3 Megapixel camera and a slide-out keypad.
