Verizon has announced the Casio EXILIM, a folding camera phone with an 180-degree rotating display, a 5.1 megapixel AF camera with flash and optical zoom, Bluetooth support, and more. In addition to standard features like an HTML Web browser, a speakerphone, a flashlight, and speech recognition, the EXILIM also offers a variety of Verizon services.

Its display has been made shock resistance and improved by adding a transparent shock absorption material between the LCD and the touch panel. Casio G’zOne handset to feature a full QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard on the Brigade sports 4 full rows of keys that includes a shortcut key for messaging and a dedicated row of number keys. The Brigade meets the MIL-STD-810F standard for water, vibration, dust, and a host of other tortures that would disable a lesser phone.
