Probably you heard of the rumor of the Dell Mini 5, well it is no longer a rumor, as Dell has confirmed the 5-inch Android tablet concept, called the Mini 5 at the CES 2010. They also confirmed that the device will be getting a 5-inch multitouch touchscreen display, two cameras including a 5-megapixel main camera and a front camera for video calling, support for 3G networks and WiFi connectivity.
