The Apple iPhone has been rumored for over 4 years now but the waiting is over. Announced January 9, 2007 at the Mac World Expo, the iPhone is a cell phone, mobile web browser and iPod music player in one.
The iPhone offers a unique touch screen design and measures less than an inch thick. Other features of note include a 3.5-inch wide touchscreen display, a 2 megapixel camera, a 8GB or 16GB harddrive, Bluetooth 2.0, iTunes music player, WiFi, Quandband GSM + EDGE high-speed data, Mac OSX operating system and push email support.

Apple revealed the new iPhone 3GS handset, claiming that it’s got twice the speed and performance of the iPhone 3G. These promising specs are based on a powerful 600 MHz ARM Cortex A8 CPU and a PowerVR SGX graphics accelerator.
Also, an analysis of the new handset’s hardware reveals that the iPhone 3GS comes with twice the L1 cache of the previous model plus 256KB of L2 cache (not supported on previous iPhones). A GPU upgrade is also present and the PowerVR SGX will now be handling graphics, with a 600% increase in geometry performance and 150% increase...
Prima Cases has recently released four cases for the Apple iPhone. The first case is called the Leather Book Style Case, which features a form fit case, a horizontal flap to protect the iPhone’s screen, three credit card slots, two SD card slots, and a magnetic closure. Available only in Manhattan, the iPhone protection case series will be selling from $120 for a LV signature edition and it will cost you $1120 for a alligator edition, which is about twice of what you paid for an Apple iPhone.

ChrisTek and Epixx have released iPSP, which is an Apple iPhone interface for the Sony PSP.
