The Palm Pixi Plus measures 111mm x 55mm x 11mm (2.2in x 4.4in x 0.4in) in size. Instead of having a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, the Pixi Plus’ keyboard is front and center just below the display webOS fans are also quick to appreciate its multi-tasking and card-based user interface.Pixi Plus is a new 3G Mobile HotSpot feature  its 3G connection as a WiFi signal to five WiFi capable devices. The Pixi Plus also features a 2 megapixel camera, a 2.63-inch 400 x 320 resolution touchscreen display, 8GB of storage for photos, videos, and applications.

There are many of us who have been dying to get our hands on the Palm Pre, but the funds was an issue. Well today I am the bearer of good news, the Palm Pre is now available at Amazon for a mere $99. The $99 Palm Pre works with the Sprint Network and comes with a new 2-years subscriber agreement. It can be ordered right now over at Amazon. So beat the hassle and grab hold of a real deal as the Palm Pre is available in Sprint Stores for $150.

Amazon was one of the pioneers of the Palm Pre age, selling the device a week after it was released and now it has a special offer for all potential buyers. Although initially Pre retailed for $639.99 via Amazon, now it’s available for $199.99 with a 2 year contract.

Rumour’s out that Dell is planning to buy Palm, according to a Wall Street Journal article. Dell has publicly stated that it intends to make a couple of acquisitions, after selling $1 billion in bonds. Could a service-related acquisition be the solution for the company?
