The myTouch 3G is a device based on the popular HTC Magic. It sports a large 3.2-inch half-VGA (320 x 480 pixel) capacitive touchscreen display and trackball, just like the T-Mobile G1, but lacks the older handset’s hardware QWERTY keyboard. It features GSM/EDGE connectivity as well support for 3G HSDPA networks, as its name suggests.  The myTouch 3G features a full HTML web browser, Google’s voice powered search, as well as YouTube, Google Maps, and Picasa integration.

T-Mobile has announced the Nokia 3711, a basic clamshell handset, for its holiday lineup of mobile phones. The 3711 features essentials for keeping in touch with friends and family, like texting, instant messaging, and email. Users can take pictures and shoot video with the 3711’s 2.0 megapixel camera, too. If they lose their way, the phone’s GPS technology works with the included Nokia Maps for guided directions. T-Mobile and Google must be feeling all jittery at the moment with the news that 1 million HTC G1s were sold on the T-Mobile network alone, now all we need is full worldwide sale numbers.For T-Mobile’s small size the G1 hitting the 1 million milestone mark is pretty much a very good effort, the G1 lacked allot of features so right now I am quite surprise with the numbers. With the G2 coming this year along with other Android offerings on T-Mobile, I hope to see numbers that surpass the million mark in less than 6 months, I might be over my head here....
